The exhibition features approximately 300 works from Latvian and Estonian art museums, which historically house a fine collection of 19th-century German and Baltic German art.
In addition to German artists, works by Baltic German, Austrian and Swiss masters were also included in the exhibition; because in all German-speaking regions there are artists of similar thought, cultural development, art school and unity. The artifacts found date from the late 1790s to the 1850s. The exhibition is surrounded by paintings and graphics supported by the author’s sculptures, albums, books and examples.
